Returns/Exchanges

No refunds/returns accepted.

We commit to verifying the quality of our items prior to shipping to our customers. In the unlikely event that you determine we have shipped an incorrect item to you, please email us.  Please note that exchanges are valid only on items incorrectly shipped by our store. Only items purchased from our store and that are returned to our store unused, unworn, no damages, scuffs, odors, or wear, in its original condition and packaging will be accepted for an exchange. To complete an exchange request due to a Sohpia Rae store error, please email hello@shopkisasa.com and include the following:

Address
Order Number
Item concern/issue
Phone Number

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DISCOUNTS/COUPON CODES

*Pre-Orders do not qualify for discount codes. 

*Coupon/discount codes may be applied to one transaction per customer. Coupon/discount codes may be valid on select items only. Offer codes may be changed or discontinued without notice. Codes may not be used on previous purchases. Not good for cash or credit redemption.
